Inhibitor induced shifts in the thermal stability of carbonic anhydrase
The thermal stability of proteins can be investigated by measuring the switching dynamics of proteinnanolever conjugates as a function of temperature. Here, we determine the melting temperature TM of human carbonic anhydrase 1 (hCA1) with switchSENSE® and examine the influence of different inhibitors with pharmaceutical relevance on the thermal denaturation of hCA1.
