single-cell Interaction Cytometry (scIC): Measure the binding of molecules to membrane targets on cells
This brochure explains how to characterize interactions involving antibodies, receptors, and membrane targets where they matter: in their native environments. scIC facilitates the automated analysis of kon and koff binding rates directly on cells.
It employs flow-permeable, biocompatible cell traps to physically retain single cells on the surface of the heliXcyto chip. Applications of scIC include the development of antibodies, CAR-T and other cell therapies, or tackling difficult targets like GPCRs.
