switchSENSE® comprehensive characterization of molecule-molecule interactions

This brochure explains how to analyze interactions of any molecule of your interest, ranging from small molecules to antibodies. switchSENSE® facilitates the automated analysis of kon and koff binding rates, resolving the fastest kinetics with confidence as well as characterizing high-affinity binders with long dissociation measurements. Two-color single-photon counting fluorescence detection enables femto-molar sensitivity and in-depth analysis of multispecific binders.
